He is always patient with answering my questions and making sure I understand. He’s never pushed or rushed me into buying any product; preferring that I make my own informed decision. When he makes suggestions, they are practical and save me hassle and money. Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around. As a nano-brewery 10,000 miles away in Australia I can’t fault the service – our heater element delivered with packaging that would survive a missile strike. We were designing a large (500 liter) boiler for a brewery and were shopping around for an appropriate heating element. We searched far and wide on the web (globally) for the equipment we needed. Just via a few phone calls with Jamie he provided a industrial immersion heater to suit my needs on very short notice. Highly recommend – I’m not very knowledgeable on immersion heater so I didn’t really know what I wanted other then the fitting size and wattage.
