24kW Inline Heater

Description

Built around our stock ii24 industrial immersion heater, our 24kW inline heater is –

• 415v –  ii24 Industrial Immersion Heater (click to see specs).
• Tube Material AISI304.
• “SCHEDULE 10” 3.10mm wall.
• Approx 1180mm Long Vessel.
• Approx. 1285mm Length Including Terminal Box.
• Fittings and other water contact components may be AISI304 or AISI316.
• Can be AISI316 for additional cost. Call 01827 215684 to discuss.
• Inulated – 104mm O/D ±5.
• Uninsulated – 89mm O/D ±5.
• 1″ BSP In/ Outlet (Side and Base) most common, but can be ¾”, 1¼” and 1½” if you prefer.
• Pressure Test on request – 6 bar?
• Available Option – Longer tube & U bent elements with baffles including a frame to give rigidity of the baffles. Call 01827 215684 to discuss.
• Please be aware, we cannot legislate for high mineral content in our UK water. Provision needs to be made to schedule cleaning and maintenance, as mineral content / scale build up / corrosion is not covered under any warranty.
