PN Flanged Immersion Heater

A Pressure Nominale (PN) Flanged Immersion Heater is designed to withstand pressure up to the specified number of BAR, so PN16 is suitable for pressures up to 16 BAR. This affects various aspects, such as the depth of the flange, the arrangement, quantity, and size of bolts, among other factors. In simple terms, only elements with matching DN and PN can be combined. Hence, it’s recommended to take a traditional approach and have a conversation – feel free to contact Jamie at 01827 215684. Additionally, the discussion may encompass potential requirements for Blind Female Flange Fittings (although it may sound complex!), gaskets, bolt kits with nuts and washers, and stand-off tubes.

“Measure Twice, Cut Once”, as David said, when he received this 120kW 415V 1200mm Immersed DN250 10″NB PN16 Beast, in November of ’23.

We can do any & all sizes (DN 1″ NB (DN25) up to 12″ NB (DN300)), coupled with any & all PN (Pressure Nominale) rating.
