Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around. What impressed me most was his complete honesty. He is always patient with answering my questions and making sure I understand. He’s never pushed or rushed me into buying any product; preferring that I make my own informed decision. When he makes suggestions, they are practical and save me hassle and money. Finally we find someone who knows their cold ends and trombones from their watts per square inch. It’s an interesting journey full of homespun philosophy and self deprecation. Buying first class British made as opposed to far eastern compromise engineering helps ease the bank account strain but nothing helps the strain of exposure to that brummy accent.
