So the team are now in Madagascar to start this new project.
A week before they departed we received an urgent request from the Hospital in Madagascar, they needed a set of elements for a water distiller that had failed.
I contacted Jamie Bristoll @Immersion Heaters UK Ltd (who didn’t know us from Adam) and explained the situation.
Without any hesitation Jamie quickly put the wheels into motion (this was less than a week before the team were due to depart for Madagascar) and these elements had to be manufactured based on a rough drawing that we had and then shipped to us.
On Saturday morning I received the elements (picture attached), which are now in Madagascar.
