Even I’m french and I speak only basic english, Jamie from Immersion Heaters UK didn’t ask me to take my frogs back into the very first ferry for France. At the opposite, he took time to give me the better advice possible and he manage to speak an english understandable for me. We were designing a large (500 liter) boiler for a brewery and were shopping around for an appropriate heating element. We searched far and wide on the web (globally) for the equipment we needed. We wanted a fast brew and we have very hard water, plus the low pH of our liquid demanded the highest quality materials (all stainless or incaloy); we wanted very high quality at a good price, and we more than found that with the custom 18kw element we ordered from Immersion Heaters UK.

When he makes suggestions, they are practical and save me hassle and money.
