I was tasked with solving a rather large issue with very little time to spare, Jamie at Immersion Heaters UK Ltd was an absolute diamond. He gave me a very accurate explanation of what i needed to resolve my problem and achieved it in a matter of days. He has product knowledge and went the extra mile to resolve my issue. I rang many companies to resolve this and found he stood head and shoulders above them all. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again on future projects.

Job well done and I thank you.

I contacted Jamie at Immersion Heaters UK as the project I was working on had started to take an unexpected turn down an Immersion Heater cul-de-sac. They went out of their way to arrange a Saturday delivery which saved me from having 2 days without hot water in a milking parlour. Very Happy

We are very happy with the immersion elements we’ve purchased from you (2 18KW incoloy elements for use in a brewery setting). They get heavy use, and after 6 years on the one and 1 year on the other they both work as well as the day we installed them. The outer cover gets quite a bit of spray and we’ve never had any water intrusion. Combined with the service we received on ordering, and the price point, we really couldn’t be more happy. Thank you.

Fantastic service and advice from Jamie.

Fantastic service and advice from Jamie – what they don’t have they can get and get made, but the best thing is they can give you advice on your project and help you realise it. As a nano-brewery 10,000 miles away in Australia I can’t fault the service – our heater element delivered with packaging that would survive a missile strike. Jamie helped me with sizing calculations and now shipping micro-p controller with 48 hour turnaround. Finally pricing is very good – compared to Australian suppliers I have saved thousands. Cheers IHUK.

If you want any immersion heater that’s out of the ordinary, Jamie’s your man! I live off grid and heat water from excess PV energy. So the team are now in Madagascar to start this new project. A week before they departed we received an urgent request from the Hospital in Madagascar, they needed a set of elements for a water distiller that had failed. I contacted Jamie Bristoll @Immersion Heaters UK Ltd (who didn't know us from Adam) and explained the situation. Without any hesitation Jamie quickly put the wheels into motion (this was less than a week before the team were due to depart for Madagascar) and these elements had to be manufactured based on a rough drawing that we had and then shipped to us. On Saturday morning I received the elements (picture attached), which are now in Madagascar. We would like to give a big shout out to Jamie and the team @ Immersion Heaters UK Ltd for their professionalism and kind generosity, and for going above and beyond to help make this possible.

…one of those rare, treasured exceptions.

Jamie at Immersion Heaters UK has repeatedly gone out of his way to assist me with advice, information, and selecting heating elements for my microbrewery. He is always patient with answering my questions and making sure I understand. He’s never pushed or rushed me into buying any product; preferring that I make my own informed decision. When he makes suggestions, they are practical and save me hassle and money. I’ve purchased several heating elements since December to replace or upgrade existing ones and I’m extremely pleased with them.

I heartily recommend IHUK to all my brewer friends when they need to replace or upgrade their heating elements. You can trust them and the products they sell. I’m not easily impressed by service or products these days, but this is one of those rare, treasured exceptions.

Sacre Brew

We were designing a large (500 liter) boiler for a brewery and were shopping around for an appropriate heating element. We searched far and wide on the web (globally) for the equipment we needed. We wanted a fast brew and we have very hard water, plus the low pH of our liquid demanded the highest quality materials (all stainless or incaloy); we wanted very high quality at a good price, and we more than found that with the custom 18kw element we ordered from Immersion Heaters UK.
What we also got was fantastic, knowledgeable service. We are very happy we found theses guys, and won’t bother looking at other companies the next time we need a heating element. Thanks again you guys!

Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around. He admitted he was the “world’s worst salesman” because, even though he could have easily sold me a much more expensive item, he had the decency to advise me to look at an alternative. Fixing three obsolete French space heaters

Problem solving for three obsolete French space heaters, each with two tiny (failed) 250 Watt elements – discussion revealed that lateral thinking is not dead! Two ‘U’ shaped elements could / maybe be replaced by a ‘W’ shaped item. This would require a little creative work on some refractory brick, using an angle grinder fitted with a small diameter (worn out) wheel. I was very pleased to receive this advice, based on years of experience, that would save hundreds of pounds – three new heaters complete would have been £750. The village hall Treasurer will be pleased, too. Many thanks and best regards.

IH UK were able organise our quote and supply the immersion heater with speed and accuracy. End user was very happy, hopefully we’ll be ordering more in the future. Thank you Jamie and team.

Clearly very knowledgeable

Just been talking through my options with Jamie. Clearly very knowledgeable about all things immersion heaters and their operating environment and helped me reduce the spec of what I thought I needed, resulting in saved costs.

…lighting-quick speed…

Recommended business. I needed the gear to heat a large makeshift pool overnight on a film set. Very quick turnaround with little room for error. Found Jamie (it’s him you deal with) on Goggle and got the information and help I needed, at lighting-quick speed. From one small business to another – much appricated.

Well done Jamie, you deserve to succeed with your can do attitude.

Well what can I say about the service I have received from Jamie, after I managed to beat technology and send an email picture of the part I required, Jamie explained that he could not supply the unit, but he sent my email to a competitor to help me.
Not just here is a phone number get on with it, he knew I was not easy with technology so he did it for me.
Well done Jamie, you deserve to succeed with your can do attitude.
Thank you

Custom Cooker element

I have (for the second time) had the pleasure of being assisted in the fabrication of two cooker elements (long since discontinued), and after spending weeks searching the web was saved by Jay & Jamie.
I really cannot recommend them highly enough, there seems to be a total dearth of companies like this these days, so it was a pleasure to have somebody say ‘I think we can do that’ and mail back within hours and say ‘yes’ followed in short order by clear accurate prospective drawings.
A truly refreshing experience thank you both.

Jamie went out of his way.

Jamie, was a really helpful guy.

He went out of his way, free of charge to help source the screwplug we were having difficulty in finding.

He was much more interested in helping and prioritising our needs than making money. Highly recommended.

You’re ACES in my book.

Well, where to begin? I want to say THANK YOU for your help and your recommendation to contact Dave and the folks at TP Fay. They have been EXTREMELY patient with me and have fabricated and delivered a working solution for my expensive Italian oven. The replacement element was delivered yesterday, and today my wife and I installed and turned on the unit, and it appears to be working well!!!

When you think about it, this was such an improbable path to actually find a solution for something the original manufacturer simply walked away from. Thanks for all your help, Thanks for your patience in helping me, Thanks for referring me to Dave and his team who have been incredibly awesome and patient as well.

Thanks Jamie. You’re ACES in my book!

…rejoice we did!

Sadly we lost contact with Jamie for a few years after he left PHS. But after stumbling across him again rejoice we did!

When it comes to immersion heaters, your problem is his problem. Most other companies just want to take the money and forget about you.

Jamie is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

Thanks Jamie!

Immersion therapy

Finally we find someone who knows their cold ends and trombones from their watts per square inch. It’s an interesting journey full of homespun philosophy and self deprecation. Buying first class British made as opposed to far eastern compromise engineering helps ease the bank account strain but nothing helps the strain of exposure to that brummy accent. I think I may need a course of immersion (geddit?) therapy. Thank you, Jamie.

Response – Cheeky Bugger! That is a Gammy Mercian accent & I’m ridiculously proud of it! Thanks for taking time out to make me smile

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie Bristoll, and I am extremely impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help. Although I am based in India, Jamie went out of his way to assist me with industry contacts and valuable guidance. He responded promptly, communicated clearly, and showed a genuine interest in helping me achieve my objectives. His extensive experience in the immersion heater industry and his network of contacts are evident. What impressed me most was that Jamie was willing to help without expecting anything in return. In today’s business world, it is refreshing to meet someone who values relationships, integrity, and customer service so highly. I highly recommend Jamie and his company to anyone looking for reliable products, expert advice, and exceptional support. Thank you, Jamie, for your kindness, professionalism, and assistance. — Tony Malhotra, India

Living off-grid I had some fairly unique requirements for an immersion heater, needing 3 elements with different wattages in a single unit. This was no problem for Jamie and a couple of weeks later I had my hands on my solution. Would recommend Jamie and Immersion Heaters UK Ltd.

I contacted Jamie from Immersion Heaters UK intending to purchase one of his heaters. After a brief and pleasant chat, he explained that the products they sold were not best suited for my specific requirements. What impressed me most was his complete honesty. He admitted he was the "world's worst salesman" because, even though he could have easily sold me a much more expensive item, he had the decency to advise me to look at an alternative. He even pointed me toward a different supplier where I could find a product that perfectly matched my needs for a significantly lower cost. Even if you don't end up buying a product from him, you might have a witty amusing chat to brighten an otherwise dull day.

If you want any immersion heater that's out of the ordinary, Jamie's your man! I live off grid and heat water from excess PV energy. I used to use a 1kw element but wanted a heater module with three separate elements so I can switch between 1/2/3 kw depending on the sunshine. Jamie found me a unit off the shelf, and it works flawlessly. His knowledge of immersion Heaters is huge! Thanks Jamie.
