We are very happy with the immersion elements we’ve purchased from you (2 18KW incoloy elements for use in a brewery setting). They get heavy use, and after 6 years on the one and 1 year on the other they both work as well as the day we installed them. We were designing a large (500 liter) boiler for a brewery and were shopping around for an appropriate heating element. We searched far and wide on the web (globally) for the equipment we needed. We wanted a fast brew and we have very hard water, plus the low pH of our liquid demanded the highest quality materials (all stainless or incaloy); we wanted very high quality at a good price, and we more than found that with the custom 18kw element we ordered from Immersion Heaters UK.
What we also got was fantastic, knowledgeable service. We are very happy we found theses guys, and won’t bother looking at other companies the next time we need a heating element. Thanks again you guys!

If every of our suppliers was so patient, friendly and willing to help, then our life would be so much easier. I would have given you 10 stars if I could. I can honestly recommend the company to anyone, however all credit goes to Jamie. I have to say that there are other similar units around which are slightly cheaper but the quality and ease of instalation of the IHUK units make them a winner in my book.

When he makes suggestions, they are practical and save me hassle and money.
