We are very happy with the immersion elements we’ve purchased from you (2 18KW incoloy elements for use in a brewery setting). They get heavy use, and after 6 years on the one and 1 year on the other they both work as well as the day we installed them. The outer cover gets quite a bit of spray and we’ve never had any water intrusion. Combined with the service we received on ordering, and the price point, we really couldn’t be more happy. I have to say that there are other similar units around which are slightly cheaper but the quality and ease of instalation of the IHUK units make them a winner in my book.

We were designing a large (500 liter) boiler for a brewery and were shopping around for an appropriate heating element. We searched far and wide on the web (globally) for the equipment we needed. We wanted a fast brew and we have very hard water, plus the low pH of our liquid demanded the highest quality materials (all stainless or incaloy); we wanted very high quality at a good price, and we more than found that with the custom 18kw element we ordered from Immersion Heaters UK.
