As a nano-brewery 10,000 miles away in Australia I can’t fault the service – our heater element delivered with packaging that would survive a missile strike. Jamie helped me with sizing calculations and now shipping micro-p controller with 48 hour turnaround. Finally pricing is very good – compared to Australian suppliers I have saved thousands. We were designing a large (500 liter) boiler for a brewery and were shopping around for an appropriate heating element. We searched far and wide on the web (globally) for the equipment we needed. Just via a few phone calls with Jamie he provided a industrial immersion heater to suit my needs on very short notice.
