Just via a few phone calls with Jamie he provided a industrial immersion heater to suit my needs on very short notice. Highly recommend – I’m not very knowledgeable on immersion heater so I didn’t really know what I wanted other then the fitting size and wattage. With this information Jamie managed to supply a immersion heater and thermostat that we wired and fitted to our equipment and it’s working great. Made my life much easier. Well worth it!

We were designing a large (500 liter) boiler for a brewery and were shopping around for an appropriate heating element. We searched far and wide on the web (globally) for the equipment we needed. We wanted a fast brew and we have very hard water, plus the low pH of our liquid demanded the highest quality materials (all stainless or incaloy); we wanted very high quality at a good price, and we more than found that with the custom 18kw element we ordered from Immersion Heaters UK.
What we also got was fantastic, knowledgeable service. We are very happy we found theses guys, and won’t bother looking at other companies the next time we need a heating element. Thanks again you guys!

We are very happy with the immersion elements we’ve purchased from you (2 18KW incoloy elements for use in a brewery setting). They get heavy use, and after 6 years on the one and 1 year on the other they both work as well as the day we installed them. The outer cover gets quite a bit of spray and we’ve never had any water intrusion. Combined with the service we received on ordering, and the price point, we really couldn’t be more happy. Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around. We were looking for both power, low watt density to avoid charring and ability to easily remove for cleaning and maintenance. They look good and work great!

When he makes suggestions, they are practical and save me hassle and money.
