Easy to say. Theory is easy.
The true & lifelong challenge is to live it, moment to moment, +1 or -1, compounding over a lifetime, to either take tiny steps toward self actualisation, or steps in the opposite direction toward a life of quiet desperation & regret. That’s the Practice bit of the equation –
Theory → Practice² → Mastery
Mastery is a bit of a mystery, as you are aiming for it, knowing full well you are never going to achieve it.
It is a Guiding Star rather than a destination.
There are no perfect human beings, and neither you nor I will be the first!
Simply put, KEEP PRACTICING.
Be it meditation, or living. Figure out The Rules as you are going along.
As the Captain of your Own Ship, not an NPC.
