We’re delighted with our new set of custom-built immersion heaters for our Genio still, they’re beautifully made and superbly engineered. Jamie is such a pleasant chap to do business with, giving us plenty of advice and producing the finished articles without any fuss … and at a more attractive price than that of the original supplier! We sent him the old right-hand one and from that he created a new set (left-hand also) very quickly.
