Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around. We wanted a fast brew and we have very hard water, plus the low pH of our liquid demanded the highest quality materials (all stainless or incaloy); we wanted very high quality at a good price, and we more than found that with the custom 18kw element we ordered from Immersion Heaters UK.
