They get heavy use, and after 6 years on the one and 1 year on the other they both work as well as the day we installed them. Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around. Finally we find someone who knows their cold ends and trombones from their watts per square inch. It’s an interesting journey full of homespun philosophy and self deprecation. Buying first class British made as opposed to far eastern compromise engineering helps ease the bank account strain but nothing helps the strain of exposure to that brummy accent.
