Just via a few phone calls with Jamie he provided a industrial immersion heater to suit my needs on very short notice. Highly recommend – I’m not very knowledgeable on immersion heater so I didn’t really know what I wanted other then the fitting size and wattage. With this information Jamie managed to supply a immersion heater and thermostat that we wired and fitted to our equipment and it’s working great. Made my life much easier. Well worth it!

Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around. He is always patient with answering my questions and making sure I understand. He’s never pushed or rushed me into buying any product; preferring that I make my own informed decision. When he makes suggestions, they are practical and save me hassle and money.
