Just via a few phone calls with Jamie he provided a industrial immersion heater to suit my needs on very short notice. Highly recommend – I’m not very knowledgeable on immersion heater so I didn’t really know what I wanted other then the fitting size and wattage. With this information Jamie managed to supply a immersion heater and thermostat that we wired and fitted to our equipment and it’s working great. Made my life much easier. Well worth it!

They get heavy use, and after 6 years on the one and 1 year on the other they both work as well as the day we installed them. Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around. We were looking for both power, low watt density to avoid charring and ability to easily remove for cleaning and maintenance. They look good and work great!

He is always patient with answering my questions and making sure I understand. He’s never pushed or rushed me into buying any product; preferring that I make my own informed decision. When he makes suggestions, they are practical and save me hassle and money. I’ve purchased several heating elements since December to replace or upgrade existing ones and I’m extremely pleased with them.

I heartily recommend IHUK to all my brewer friends when they need to replace or upgrade their heating elements. You can trust them and the products they sell. I’m not easily impressed by service or products these days, but this is one of those rare, treasured exceptions.

I used to use a 1kw element but wanted a heater module with three separate elements so I can switch between 1/2/3 kw depending on the sunshine. We were designing a large (500 liter) boiler for a brewery and were shopping around for an appropriate heating element. We searched far and wide on the web (globally) for the equipment we needed.
