As a nano-brewery 10,000 miles away in Australia I can’t fault the service – our heater element delivered with packaging that would survive a missile strike. If you want any immersion heater that’s out of the ordinary, Jamie’s your man! I live off grid and heat water from excess PV energy. I used to use a 1kw element but wanted a heater module with three separate elements so I can switch between 1/2/3 kw depending on the sunshine. Jamie found me a unit off the shelf, and it works flawlessly. His knowledge of immersion Heaters is huge!

Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around. When he makes suggestions, they are practical and save me hassle and money.
