I was tasked with solving a rather large issue with very little time to spare, Jamie at Immersion Heaters UK Ltd was an absolute diamond. He gave me a very accurate explanation of what i needed to resolve my problem and achieved it in a matter of days. He has product knowledge and went the extra mile to resolve my issue. I rang many companies to resolve this and found he stood head and shoulders above them all. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again on future projects.

As a nano-brewery 10,000 miles away in Australia I can’t fault the service – our heater element delivered with packaging that would survive a missile strike. They get heavy use, and after 6 years on the one and 1 year on the other they both work as well as the day we installed them. He is always patient with answering my questions and making sure I understand. He’s never pushed or rushed me into buying any product; preferring that I make my own informed decision. When he makes suggestions, they are practical and save me hassle and money. I’ve purchased several heating elements since December to replace or upgrade existing ones and I’m extremely pleased with them.

I heartily recommend IHUK to all my brewer friends when they need to replace or upgrade their heating elements. You can trust them and the products they sell. I’m not easily impressed by service or products these days, but this is one of those rare, treasured exceptions.

Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around.
