This was my first contact with this company and I was very impressed. Their knowledge was excellent and they were able to be flexible to satisfy my particular needs. Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around. As a nano-brewery 10,000 miles away in Australia I can’t fault the service – our heater element delivered with packaging that would survive a missile strike. Jamie helped me with sizing calculations and now shipping micro-p controller with 48 hour turnaround. Finally pricing is very good – compared to Australian suppliers I have saved thousands.
