I was tasked with solving a rather large issue with very little time to spare, Jamie at Immersion Heaters UK Ltd was an absolute diamond. He gave me a very accurate explanation of what i needed to resolve my problem and achieved it in a matter of days. He has product knowledge and went the extra mile to resolve my issue. If you need someone to talk sense Jamie is your man when it comes to immersion heaters Jamie will understand what you require and fit it to spec we went around the houses talking to some of these big companies who have no idea what you need or what you want,we have purchased two heaters since we had the first one custom made.

Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around. We wanted a fast brew and we have very hard water, plus the low pH of our liquid demanded the highest quality materials (all stainless or incaloy); we wanted very high quality at a good price, and we more than found that with the custom 18kw element we ordered from Immersion Heaters UK.
