Yoga.

I have been doing Yoga for nigh on 20 years, on & off, more regularly recently, as I have found it to be my keystone habit to start any good day.

…it is ever evolving, with bits getting added, and bits probably getting forgotten.
My mate who is a Physio, when I told him I was encouraging EVERYBODY to do yoga (even middle aged blokes in pants), said “Jaysus, don’t be doing that, you’ll put me out of business!”, which kinda sums it up really. Fix yourself, first. Prevention is better than cure. If only the NHS worked by that mantra, eh?!?
