If every of our suppliers was so patient, friendly and willing to help, then our life would be so much easier. I would have given you 10 stars if I could. I can honestly recommend the company to anyone, however all credit goes to Jamie. He is a guy full of stamina and positive attitude – never in bad mood and always giving 110% to make sure you get what you want. Opening our new brewery we had to convert from steam to electric, we have two vessels with different heating needs and Jamie was able to build us custom elements with a quick turn around. We were looking for both power, low watt density to avoid charring and ability to easily remove for cleaning and maintenance. They look good and work great!

We were designing a large (500 liter) boiler for a brewery and were shopping around for an appropriate heating element. We searched far and wide on the web (globally) for the equipment we needed. We wanted a fast brew and we have very hard water, plus the low pH of our liquid demanded the highest quality materials (all stainless or incaloy); we wanted very high quality at a good price, and we more than found that with the custom 18kw element we ordered from Immersion Heaters UK.

As a nano-brewery 10,000 miles away in Australia I can’t fault the service – our heater element delivered with packaging that would survive a missile strike.
